Oil Bath

I get asked about this image a lot, so I dug up a couple of production stills to kick off the blog.  The “oil” was actually 35 gallons of maple syrup. Yep, maple syrup.  We covered  the tub and heated it overnight with aquarium heaters. It definitely looked the part. In fact, it looked more like oil than the real thing. It tasted better too.
